I know this is a bit off topic, but I would like to extend my knowledge to everyone. I am a certified ISSA fitness trainer. Back in 2008 I was 245lbs, 6'3". I had enough of being overweight. In one year I lost 70lbs. Today I am a healthy 200lbs with a muscular body and trained in fitness.
